Shared Custody
Anyone have any experience with this? My ex is thinking about moving but then we'd have to go to court to fight over custody again. The two thoughts we had were:
school with one parent, holidays and summer with the other
or
one school one year, one school the next year, but not sure how stable that is for the child.

Going through custody stuff now. I feel your pain...in the butt. I would recommend him being with one parent all through school and the other parent during vacations because your child will make friends at that school and then be nervous everytime he has to switch.
